Adoption Process

We believe that matching a puppy with their forever home should be a seamless, supportive, and personal experience. Our adoption process is designed to guide you every step of the way:

• Part One: Puppy Application

  Please begin by completing our quick online puppy application. We will carefully review your submission, send a confirmation to your email, and reach out to you via text message to coordinate a convenient time for a phone call.

• Part Two: Personal Consultation

  We take the time to get to know your lifestyle, preferences, and home environment to help match you with the ideal puppy personality.

• Part Three: Verified Updates & Microchip Identification

  You will receive videos taken directly against our signature studio backdrop, confirming your puppy is genuinely ours. In your update videos, we scan your puppy’s microchip on camera so you can see its unique identification number. When your pup arrives, that exact number will match the official health and adoption paperwork included in their personalized going-home bag.

• Part Four: Premium Transport & Delivery

  Most puppies are ready to join their new families 4 to 6 weeks following their reservation. Every leg of their journey from South Korea to your doorstep is handled with meticulous care and strict safety protocols.

  To guarantee an exceptional travel experience, we exclusively fly our pups to the US using Korean Air. They are the undeniable gold standard in live-animal transport, displaying a level of care and attention to detail that stands entirely unmatched. Unlike standard carriers, Korean Air strictly caps live animal transport to just four pets per flight, placing them in a fully climate-controlled, pressurized cabin for optimal comfort.

  Prior to departure, your puppy undergoes a thorough veterinary evaluation, diagnostic x-rays, and a complete health screening to secure official travel clearance. Our overseas concierge personally walks your puppy onto the aircraft, where Korean Air places them in a climate-controlled cabin restricted to just four pets per flight. The moment they touch down in Los Angeles, they are brought into an air-conditioned care facility while our private customs broker seamlessly clears them through federal inspection. Live flight tracking details are provided so you can follow every leg of their journey in real time.

  While direct routes to Dallas are available, they carry a high risk of last-minute cancellations and are extremely limited. To ensure timely delivery, we proactively cover the added expense of routing your pup through Los Angeles and sending Brandy, our personal assistant and private in-cabin nanny, to receive your puppy directly from Korean Air. She personally escorts your pup in-cabin on their flight to Dallas, ensuring continuous warmth, hands-on attention, and stress-free travel until they arrive at our home.

  Within 2 to 3 days of arriving in Texas, your puppy receives a final health examination from our specialized veterinarian. Once cleared, we will contact you to coordinate your pup’s pick-up or delivery date, with local Dallas-Fort Worth delivery seamlessly included. Nationwide hand-delivered airport delivery is available for an additional fee.

Our relationship doesn’t end when you receive your puppy, you’re a permanent part of our puppy family!
