Puppy Application & Consultations
An Exclusive, White-Glove Adoption Experience
To ensure the absolute safety, health, and care of our Korean teacup puppies, Dallas Teacup Puppies operates strictly by private appointment and application review. The first step towards welcoming a puppy into your home is by submitting our Puppy Application below. Once received, the owners (Lauren and Martin) will review your profile and reach out to you directly via text to schedule your private consultation.
• Note: Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt a puppy. It is simply the easiest way to connect with us, ask questions, and share what you're looking for!
